Recipe: Cinnamon Rolls

1-2 layer-size package yellow cake mix
2 packages active dry yeast
melted margarine
5 cups of flour
2 1/2 c very warm water
brown sugar


In large bowl, combine dry cake mix, flour and yeast. Add water and blend or knead until it forms a ball. Cover with a wet towel and let rise 2 hours. Roll out into a rectangle and spread with melted margarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up from the long side of the rectangle. Cut into rolls. Place in greased baking pan and let rise 30 minutes. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, then drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
